Are you needing a rectangular splitting of your island leg? Or maybe you are needing a 45-degree notch in a table or island leg? Does your bun foot require a bolt installed? What if you need a custom design or cut? We can help!
Rectangular Splitting Service
If you need your order to be split in half, Highland Manor can deliver this service for you. Our rectangular splitting option will provide you with two equal halves of a leg split in half from top to bottom giving a perfect fit against your cabinets, drawers, and countertops. They also create an eye catching focal point for your kitchen space. The rectangular splitting service charge is $50.00 per product. By adding this option products are non-returnable!
45-Degree Notching Service
If your order requires a notch, Highland Manor can deliver! Our 45-degree notch service can be added as a customized service to any product with a top block larger that 3” high. Our notch is 3" long from the top of the leg and 3/4" deep. Notching services can be applied to one individual product, or all the products in an order. The notching service charge is $12.00 per product. By adding this option products are non-returnable!

Hanger Bolt Service
Are you creating a design where a hanger bolt is required? Our team can insert a ¼” hanger bolt or a 5/16" hanger bolt into our products leaving 9/16" of thread exposed. A nominal add-on fee for $5.00 will be added on per product, your item will now arrive project ready for easy installation. By adding this option products are non-returnable!
